TDEE-Calc.com is operated by Yes Media AS in Norway. One primary builder maintains the calculator, its educational pages, and user support.

The calculator uses published formulas and research to estimate energy expenditure, weight changes, and macro targets. The methods and source studies are listed on the How It Works and Research & References pages. We update the calculations and explanations when we find an error or a better supported approach.

The site provides general information, not individual medical or dietetic care. Its estimates cannot account for every health condition, medication, or change in metabolism.
